Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge #162


Todays color combo was inspired by the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge going on this week.

My husband's birthday is right around the corner and I thought this card would fit the bill. He is patriotic at heart so the red, white and blue color combo is perfect. I had to make some substitutions for colors I didn't have but hopefully that will be okay. :)
