Sketch Challenge #5 at DeNami Design!

Today is sketch challenge day over on the DeNami Design blog. DT member Ayana chose a great sketch for us this month. I decided to stick with a Fall theme and make a quick card featuring DeNami's Pumpkin Patch Border and Thinking of You from the All Occasions Sentiment stamp set.

This card came together quickly using DeNami's white cardstock and some of SU's pumpkin pie and a scalloped piece of kiwi kiss cardstock. I stamped the Thinking of You and the Pumpkin Patch Border stamp with some Rich Cocoa Memento ink and then colored the pumpkins with Copic markers. Using some gold twine and one of my espresso buttons I was able to create the fun crisscross look. Isn't this a fun sketch? I am anxious to see what you all do with it.

Have a great weekend!

Laurie :)

  1. Love the button. If I didn't know better I would have thought the thinking of you and the pumpkins were 1 big stamp. They really go well together! Great choice of stamps.

  2. Wonderful fall card and great job with the sketch! The button on the gold twine is fab!!

  3. Love your elegant fall card, Laurie! The button goes perfectly and so does the twine. Beautiful work!

  4. great card, love it :) :) :) :) :)

Thank you for stopping by and leaving me comment it means so much to me. :)
