Crazy for daisies....

I just can't get enough of all the daisy prints this time of the year. I am loving my new daisy stamp that I purchased last week at the DeNami booth. It is so much fun to work with, so many options. For this card I stamped my daisy images with pigment ink and then embossed them with black embossing powder to create a shiny raised image. Then I cut the images out and curled the petals just a bit to create a little more depth and attached them to the flowers with some of my Making Memories brads. I used a white corduroy brad and colored it yellow with my yellow Copic marker Y17. I don't know how I ever got along without my Copic markers, I absolutely LOVE them. I created my scallop border with SU scallop punch and then I punched the center of each scallop with a small hole punch. I had this funky paper from American Crafts in my paper stash and thought it would finish off the card nicely. Hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

  1. Great way to turn patterned paper into a piece of art! Super smart coloring the corduroy too!

  2. Great use of the daisies to bring dimension to the patterned paper. Very creative!

Thank you for stopping by and leaving me comment it means so much to me. :)
